  • 成立緣起

    由於近年科技的進步，2005年智慧化居住空間成為台灣重要科技政策，2010年政府更將智慧綠建築作為重點發展的智慧新興產業。有鑑於此，多位長期協助政府及民間產業推動智慧建築之專家學者與業界菁英，共同發起籌組「社團法人台灣智慧建築協會」，於2010年2月正式成立，期望能促使智慧建築產業蓬勃發展，並創造優質美好的智慧生活。

    成立宗旨

    協會為非以營利為目的之社會團體(社團法人)，以實現「安全安心、健康照護、便利舒適、節能永續」的智慧建築及創造優質的智慧生活為宗旨。

    發展主軸

    協會之六大發展主軸，分別文技術服務、評定認證、會員服務、教育訓練、國際交流及研究發展六項發展主軸。

    We are committed to promoting cutting-edge smart building solutions, connecting digital technology and architectural design, creating efficient and sustainable living environments. smart building solution Our mission Under the global climate change, population concentration, and rapid development of digital technology trends, smart buildings are becoming the core of urban development. 2026 Build for NextGen focuses on "intelligence, sustainability, new generation," connecting intelligence and sustainability, creating an international-level smart building exhibition platform, gathering Internet of Things, energy technology, smart building materials, and smart building AI solutions, presenting the latest applications and industry trends, promoting the construction towards digitalization, intelligence, and low-carbon sustainability. During the exhibition, there will also be international summits, industry forums, themed salons, and B2B matchmaking, promoting cross-domain communication and industry chain integration, accelerating the implementation of smart buildings, and creating safe, efficient, and human-centered future building spaces.

    2025年【社團法人台灣智慧建築協會】成果發表會


    基於本會多年來致力於技術服務、研究顧問的努力，現已取得豐碩成果，為了與業界先進共同分享這些專案經驗及交流，特此舉辦「社團法人台灣智慧建築協會2025成果發表會」
    活動同時邀請獲得2025年度本會智慧建材標章認證的數家廠商也將出席，針對智慧建材、建築與能源智慧化技術發展進行分享，讓大家一同見證並支持智慧建築領域的進步與創新。

    數位與綠色雙軸轉型 Digital and Green Transformation

    本會為積極推動智慧建築產業的發展，每年與台北市電腦公會合作，連續六年負責「智慧建築專區」的展出，今年共有64個攤位13家專業廠商共同出展。2025年度智慧建築專區以「2050淨零城市展-城市能源轉型」做為展出主題。

    2024 TIBA AWARD 亞太地區優良智慧綠建築暨系統產品獎


    TIBA AWARD 為智慧建築領域的重要年度獎項，致力於表彰兼具創新價值與永續理念的優秀建築與系統產品成果。透過公開徵選與專業評選機制，發掘在智慧綠建築與系統整合領域中具代表性的標竿案例，展現台灣在智慧建築發展上的實力與前瞻視野。
    本獎項參賽作品涵蓋建築設計、材料創新、機電整合及智慧系統應用等多元面向，全面呈現智慧建築從規劃、施工到營運管理的整體解決方案。得獎作品不僅彰顯技術創新，更體現節能減碳、智慧治理與永續發展的實踐成果。
    頒獎典禮匯聚產、官、學、研各界領袖與專家齊聚一堂，除公開表揚優秀案例外，亦透過專題分享與座談交流，解析最新技術趨勢與市場動向，打造智慧建築產業交流與合作的重要平台。

    TIBA Award

    社團法人台灣智慧建築協會(TIBA)成立於2010年，為我國智慧建築與綠建築重要的學術與技術交流平台。本會於2014年4月與韓國、新加坡、大陸、香港等國家/地區共同發起並成立亞太地區智慧綠建築聯盟，每兩年舉辦一次大會並選拔各國家/地區的優良智慧綠建築暨系統產品，頒授獎牌並做為各國觀摩案例。

    智慧建材標章

    社團法人台灣智慧建築協會(TIBA)為鼓勵智慧建材產品能符合國內 或國際規範標準，並運用國內外產品檢測驗證資源，建立並實施自願性認證 制度，以使市售產品能滿足規範標準要求，保障消費者權益，特訂定智慧 建材標章認證管理辦法。

    TIBA-IGBAP

    TIBA-IGBAP是指通過了智慧綠建築專業認證考試的專業人士。這些專業人士具有智慧建築及綠建築設計、建造和運營的專業知識，並能夠在智慧建築標章及綠建築標章認證的過程中提供指導和協助。TIBA-IGBAP通常針對特定的專業領域，比如智慧綠建築設計及施工、智慧住宅室內設計、智慧綠建築運營等，考試內容會包含這些專業領域隨著需求與科技的進步進行調整。

  • 關於標準檢驗測試

    社團法人台灣智慧建築協會(以下簡稱本會)依循台灣資通產業標準協會
    (Taiwan Associationof Information and Communication Standards TAICS)
    所公布的智慧建築資料交換互通標準及測試規範(TAICS TS-0054 v1.0)，提供智慧建築資通訊介面及資料格式標準之驗證，以使智慧建築導入之各項系統資料格式能滿足規範標準要求，保障消費者權益，並讓系統整合業者更方便快速的整合運用各系統公開的資料，促進跨系統整合，產生新型態的應用服務，提升智慧建築維運管理服務品質。

  • The Founding President

    Professor WEN, SHOW-LING

    The Asia-Pacific Smart Intelligent Building Alliance (APIGBA) was established in 2014 and currently boasts seven member countries/regions, including Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and Macau. The organization organizes a biennial conference and conducts the selection process for the Asia-Pacific Intelligent Green Building Award (APIGBA AWARD).

    In the face of the century's crisis marked by frequent climate-related disasters due to global warming, the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 26) reached several key agreements with "Zero Carbon Economy" at its core. "Net Zero Carbon Emissions by 2050" is now a global consensus, offering boundless vision and business opportunities for the smart green building industry. APIGBA will henceforth adopt "Smart Zero Carbon Buildings" as its development objective, working with partners in the Asia-Pacific region to forge a new era of smart green buildings and achieve new heights in the industry's economy.
